Hospitality Booking Terms & Conditions
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and will be subject to the VAT rate applicable at the time of booking.
- Once tickets are booked there are no refunds or exchanges unless there is a cancellation or change of event date, in which case the full price of the package booked will be refunded.
- No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the Arena by The Customer. Food and beverages must be purchased from the Arena.
- The Arena permits the Customer to use the facilities solely for the purposes of the function. Strictly no on-selling of the hospitality package(s) shall take place. The Customer must undertake to comply with the laws relating to the service of liquor and provision of entertainment and any other reasonable request of the Arena General Manager, its staff, servants or agents.
- The Arena reserves the right to amend prices in the event of changes in the rates of VAT and Excise Duties and any other similar taxes or duties.
- The Arena shall not be liable for any damage to the cutomer's property, howsoever caused. The Customer shall be liable for, and indemnify the Arena against, any loss or damage caused to the premises, its furniture, fixtures and equipment which may arise as a result of the use of the Arena Club or from items being brought on to the premises by the customer, their guests, staff or agents excluding any such loss or damage caused by the Arena, it's staff or its agents.
- The Arena Club hospitality package comes with a set menu that can be found on the relevant show. The package price is based on this menu being purchased and this is the only menu that is available for online purchases. If you have any special dietary requirements please continue to book online and you shall be given the opportunity to notify us of these nearer the time of the event.
- You will receive one complimentary car park pass for every two tickets booked.
- All tickets, passes and show itinerary will be posted to out 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
- If the seating being offered is not suitable for your requirements please do not book your package online - email sheffieldhospitality@livenation.co.uk or contact us on 0114 256 55 68.
- For your meal you will be seated on a table along with other guests. If you are attending the show with other guests who are also using the Arena Club and have booked separately please email sheffieldhospitality@livenation.co.uk with their names and their booking reference number (issued on the order confirmation email) and we will make every effort to seat you all on the same table.
- If you require a VAT receipt then all the information you require will be supplied on the booking confirmation order which will be emailed to the email address supplied at the time of booking.
- Please be aware that Motorpoint Arena is a no smoking venue - customers using the Arena Club - as with all other customers using the venue - are not allowed to smoke and there is no pass out system to leave the venue. Should you chose to leave the venue there will be no re-admittance.
