How much does this service cost?
There is no cost to the event organisers as a minimum 10% booking fee is passed onto the ticket buyer, although alternative flexible payment can be agreed.
When you buy tickets from Arena Ticket Shop you are buying with the confidence that you are buying tickets from an official authorised ticket agent. This means that tickets are sold at face value plus a booking fee of around 10% of the face value. Should the event you have bought your tickets for through Arena Ticket Shop be cancelled you will get all your ticket money and the booking fee refunded.
