Booking Information for Barclaycard Wireless Festival

Friday 6th July (TBC + Guests): Doors TBC Show TBC
Saturday 7th July (Drake + Example, Wiz Khalifa & Proffessor Green): Doors 12 noon - Show starts 2pm

Sunday 8th July (Rihanna+ Jessie J, Calvin Harris, Labrinth, J Cole, Rizzle Kicks, Kaskade & Flux Pavilion): Doors 12noon - Show starts 2pm

The days headliners will be last on and will perform full concert sets, ending at around 22:30.

You can enter the event at any time up to the point when the headliner goes on stage, but there will be no readmission to the event should you leave the arena.

All times are subject to change.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (18 or over) at all times. This event is not suitable for small children as it will be very busy and loud.

BRING

A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, rainwear, woolly jumper / fleece,– your ticket!

Umbrellas are permitted, though we ask they are not used during the performances so as not to spoil the view of the person behind you!

Bring enough cash for the day and/or a cash card (keep it safe!) We have many cash machines onsite accepting all major UK debit cards. We also have trained engineers onsite to manage these machines - please ask them for assistance if required.

DO NOT BRING

Chairs of any sort, including pushchairs & carrycots, will not be permitted in the arena. There are several areas where seating is provided away from the main stage if you need a break during the day.

Offensive weapons or anything that may be considered offensive.

Flags on poles.

ANY glass containers, ANY pets, Laser pens ( they are dangerous and may result in eviction without refund )

There will be plenty of food stalls at the edges of the arena, catering to a wide variety of tastes. Soft Drinks, beer, cider, wine, champagne (by the glass) and a range of wines and cocktails will be available all day at the various bars.

You may bring soft drinks in plastic or paper containers 500ml or under as well as food for personal consumption.

The following items are not permitted in to the site:
1. Chairs, tables, barbeques, prima-stoves etc.
2. Alcohol
3. Glass or cans
4. Food hampers, cool boxes/bags

All cameras will be permitted, though you will not be able to take in a professional camera e.g. SLR camera with interchangeable lenses over 6 inches long.

Video cameras are not permitted on site.

Disabled booking information

If you require a carer/PA to attend with you, you need to apply for their ticket separately. This can be done by downloading a form from the Documentation heading.

All disabled customers are welcome at Barclaycard Wireless, but as it is a greenfield site there are sections of the arena that have uneven ground meaning that sometimes, access is difficult. Stewards however, will be around to assist.
