Booking Information for Plan B

Tickets for the O2 Academy Sheffield can be booked through this web site, by credit/debit card on 0114 256 56 56 (9am - 9pm Monday to Saturday) subject to a booking fee, or call in person from 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.

There is no seating plan for events at The O2 Academy Sheffield - tickets are sold on a general admission basis, events are all standing and there are no seats. If you chose Balcony Tickets these will only give access to the Balcony area - you will not be allowed into other areas of the Academy with these tickets - Balcony Tickets will be clearly identified at the time of booking and will be identied as Balcony Tickets in the Seat Price zone when you select the tickets you require.

Tickets for all O2 Academy Sheffield & O2 Academy Sheffield2 events purchased through this web site or through Motorpoint Arena Box Office can only be collected from the Box Office at the 02 Academy Sheffield on the day of the event when doors open for the concert you have purchased tickets for. When making a booking please use only the cardholder's details to create the order - this card must be presented by the credit card holder to collect the tickets.

 
The booking fee is 15% per ticket (the maximun booking fee charged will be £4.50 & minimum £1.00) this applies to ALL tickets sold for O2Academy events sold through this web site, through the ticket hotline on 0114 256 56 56 or in person through the Motorpoint Arena Box Office.

Unless otherwise stated on the event there will be a ticket limit of 9 tickets per booking.

Under 21's must provide ID to purchase alcohol.

For Club Nights there is a strictly over 18's policy (Photographic ID may be required).

For Gigs all under 14's must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a non-smoking venue - if smoking pass-outs are available it will be stated on the show - if it is not stated then you will not be allowed to re-enter the building should you choose to leave to smoke.
