In What I Heard About The World, Sheffield-based Third Angeland Lisboa’s mala voadora attempt to map a spherical planet onto a (very big) flat piece of paper.
The three narrators set out tocatalogue every country, to share stories and name names, in a show that wonders what future we are making for ourselves.Throughout 2010, Third Angel and mala voadora are collecting stories from around the world.

Booking Information for What I Heard About The World
Tickets for all Sheffield Theatres shows are available in person at Motorpoint Arena and through the ticket hotline on 0114 256 56 56 and online through the Arena Ticket Shop web site. All tickets purchased for events at Sheffield Theatres through the Motorpoint Arena are subject to a 10% booking fee
The Arena Box Office is open to personal callers from 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday opening times do vary, please call the box office before you travel to check the current opening hours.
Pre-booked tickets can be collected from either the Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield Theatres or Sheffield City Hall box offices up until the close of business the day before the show. On the day of the show tickets can only be collected from the Sheffield Theatres Box Office. When collecting pre-booked tickets they can only be collected 48 hours after the booking has been made (unless booked on the day of the show) by the credit card holder who must sign for the tickets and present the card with which they have ordered the tickets.
We are unable to post tickets outside of the United Kingdom - anyone who's credit card address is registered outside of the UK must collect their tickets from the venue and present the credit card in person in order to issued with the tickets they purchased.
Any information about the age restrictions or concessionary tickets will be highlighted during the online booking process - if booking in person or over the phone please check if there are any concessionary tickets before confirming the booking.
In the event where a show is cancelled, any tickets purchased through Arena Ticket Shop should be returned to Motorpoint Arena. On such an occasion you can ring the Arena Box Office on 0114 256 56 56 for more information.
All Sheffield Theatresshows sold online through Arena Ticket Shop are taken off sale 36 hours prior to the show time.
